Before & After School Care That Works for Families

Storytime Child Care provides dependable before- and after-school care for children in PreK-2 through 6th grade. Our school-age program gives children a safe, structured place to begin and end their school day while providing enrichment, homework support, meals, and opportunities to relax and recharge.

Before-school care: 6:30 AM–8:30 AM
After-school care: 3:00 PM–6:00 PM
More Than Just Before & After Care

Our school-age program includes morning and afternoon enrichment, homework assistance, and age-appropriate activities designed to support continued learning and development. A certified educator is available on site to support children with their schoolwork. Screen time is limited in accordance with Texas Minimum Standards and does not exceed one hour per day.

Nutritious Meals Throughout the Day
​
Storytime Child Care is a USDA/TDA-approved meal program site. Depending on your child’s schedule and hours in
care, we provide breakfast, lunch, an afternoon snack, and dinner.

Care Beyond the Regular School Day
​
School-age care may also be available on school holidays and teacher workdays when Storytime Child Care is open. Families receive a yearly school calendar with important dates, scheduled -closings, and program information. Full-day summer care is also available.Â
